Income Screen:   Insiders Buying & High Indicated Yield
Value Screen:   Insiders Buying & Low Price/Cash-Debt (non-financials only)
Momentum Screen:   Insiders Buying & 13-Week Price Action Positive
Avoid or Short Screen 1:   Insiders Selling, Short Interest High & Increasing
Avoid or Short Screen 2:   Insiders Selling, Price Declining, Neg. Free Cash-Flow, & Deteriorating Operating Margin
