What does the "A, R, and 10b" mean in the "Other Info" column of your insider trading data?

The "R" in the "Other Info" column indicates that the transaction was related to a Restricted Stock award.

The "10b" in the "Other Info" column indicates that the transaction was related to a 10b5-1 program, also referred to as an "Automatic Trade" program.
