Transaction Types
B = Open-Market Insider Buy as reported on a Form 4.
S = Open-Market Insider Sale as reported on a Form 4.
3 = Initial Filing as an Insider as reported on a Form 3.
OE = Option Exercised (see exercise price in "Transaction Price" column). Immediate sale of option-related
          purchases is usually apparent by an OS transaction on the same day for the same number of shares.
OS = Complete Sale of Options Exercised.
OB = Options Exercised and not sold at all (see exercise price in Transaction Price column).
OE* = Option Exercised and partially sold (see exercise price in Transaction Price column). Partial sale
           is usually apparent by an OS* transaction on the same day for a lesser amount of shares.
OS* = Partial Sale of Options Exercised.
JB = Non Open-Market Acquisition (often used when shares are gifted for estate-planning purposes. Transaction
         Price is also often unrelated to market price on the day).
JS = Non Open-Market Disposition (often used when shares are gifted for estate-planning purposes. Transaction
         Price is also often unrelated to market price on the day).
JB* = Non Open-Market Acquisition done at a price no more than 10% below the lowest price traded that day.
JS* = Non Open-Market Disposition done at a price no more than 10% below the lowest price traded that day.
AB = Automatic Buy through the insider's 10b5-1 program.
AS = Automatic Sale through the insider's 10b5-1 program.
